Simran Kaur wears multiple hats and exhibits her versatility as a Researcher, Writer, Illustrator, Fine Arts Student, Cultural Travel Curator and Mother to a toddler. Simran has a unique ability at visualization that helps translate Choomantraa vision through her prolific fun-filled writings and illustrations. Simran also brings over 15 years of corporate experience across cultural immersions, communication research, exploratory research, innovation consulting, simulated test marketing as well as customized quantitative research. Passionate about travel and
people, Simran also founded her own travel venture, ‘Trails with Tales’ which was just another excuse to interpret the society, culture and people through a traveller's lens.
Her understanding of children and the role culture plays in shaping their motivations, behaviours and therefore their choice-making adds immense value to crafting our books with a deep cultural impact.

With over two decades of Design experience, Manali has facilitated Design Thinking workshops for the last ten years. The founder of Blocks to Unblock, Manali is a certified LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ facilitator, coached by Robert Rasmussen. LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ is an innovative methodology used with teams and individuals based on the concept of "hand knowledge," i.e., the research shows that hands are connected to 70-80% of our brain cells. It is extensively used in education and learning to unleash the inner potential and understand the pains and needs. Manali has been mainly working with the
teachers and schools to understand the teachers' perspectives and align their thoughts for the holistic growth of the children. The LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ activities have affirmative outcomes for the children, parents, and teachers.
